How much will postage and packaging cost?
The cost of postage and packaging will be dependent on the weight of the order and will be charged at the rate of Royal Mail first class plus a packaging fee. Orders over 2kg will be delivered via courier and charged at the standard rate of £9.95 nationwide. Furthermore orders can be sent via special delivery allowing the order to be tracked and this will be charged at the standard Royal Mail rate.
Do Aldomak post internationally?
In some cases Aldomak will post internationally dependent on specific order requirements. Please contact us for further information.
Can I track my package?
Yes, if you have selected recorded delivery. See special delivery option in postage and packaging.
Do you do any specials?
Yes dependent on time and order volume. Aldomak are committed to providing both a high quality product and a personalised service to all our customers and will aim to meet specific order requests. Please contact us for further information.
Can I return items?
All items that are perishable or that have been made to individual order specifications cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you wish to return a faulty product please contact us. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
Do you deliver to my area?
Aldomak deliver throughout the UK and will send internationally on request.
How do I know my products will be fresh?
Aldomak do not use any additives, artificial colours or animal fats and this means that all ingredients are bound together in a natural arrangement and are not held together by chemical additives. Our products have an eight to twelve week expiration period that guarantees all our confectionary is as fresh as the day it leaves our factory and arrives to your doorstep.
How is my order confirmed?
When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then dispatch and contact you with a further email. Your order can be tracked from order to dispatch.
