I was brought up in this factory. During school holidays I was here, boiling experimenting and generally getting bossed around (thanks mum & dad).

Still, it taught me a lot and now I pass my skills for your use.You can rest assured, when I produce a confection for you it will be the best in its field with great taste, texture and authenticity.

I will sculpt the confection to perfection (sorry), I will make to your specifications – organic, fair trade, gm free, preservative free, additive free and locally sourced. If you want a personal and consultative service, you have come to the right place.

Food Assurances

We run the HACCP system, it is a widely recognised food safety system that was originally developed by NASA and Pilsbury to ensure that astronauts food was clean and safe for space travel. Further reading available here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HACCP.

As a basic summary, we record all raw materials that we use in each batch of manufacture (full traceability), we audit our suppliers to ensure they conform to all aspects of food safety – we request these suppliers send us a “conformity document” that is their assurance that the raw material they supply is fit for food use (you’d be extremely surprised how many companies are lax on these standard procedures). We have control measures in place to ensure all our staff adhere to strict hygiene standards.
